ISO 9001:2008 Awareness course
The one-day ISO 9001:2008 course will enable participants to learn the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems standard and it benefits of its effective implementation. The ISO 9001:2008  will also outline the eight quality management principles and understanding how they contribute to organizational performance. These include: customer focus, systems approach to management, provide leadership, continual improvement, involvement of people, factual approach to decision making, process approach, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
