Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) Awareness training based on ISO 22301:2019

The one-day training provides an overview of the ISO 22301 2019 standard requirements to implement, maintain and improve a management system to protect against, reduce the likelihood of the occurrence of, prepare for, respond to and recover from disruptions when they arise. It is used to ensure that operations continue and that products and services are delivered at predefined levels, that brands and value-creating activities are protected, and that the reputations and interests of key stakeholders are safeguarded whenever disruptive incidents occur.

On completion of the course, participants will be able to:
