Business Continuity Management (BCM)

This three-day training provides is based on ISO 22301:2012 requirements. It provides a holistic management process that identifies potential impacts that threaten an organisation and provides a framework for building resilience and the capability for an effective response that safeguards the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value creating activities. Business Continuity Management (BCM) will cover IT disaster recovery, planning for industrial action, power outages, critical process failure and emergency planning for issues such as fire and injury, but addresses these as part of a holistic approach that enables a company to minimise the impact of such events on the bottom line of a company.
